Trust & Estate Tax Preparation

Income Tax Returns for Trusts & Estates - We prepare the Federal Form 1041 & California Form 541 with attached schedules and related K-1's. We also assist in obtaining trust tax identification numbers upon the formation of a trust, and will assist in determining which assets should be placed in a trust.

Estate Tax Returns - We prepare the Federal Form 706 along with required schedules and attachments. Let us assist you during this difficult time.
